Order Receive

We understand that for our customers, jewelry often functions as a symbol of self, an aspect of identity, and receptacle of their feelings. Therefore, we focus on every minute detail while taking orders. For every order; gemstones, necessary raw materials, metal and casting materials are selected, which is then forwarded to our skilled team.

Designing

Once the order is received, virtual illustration is carried out using CAD/CAM technology. Under this, a blueprint designing is done by proficient designers using methods and experience handed down over decades. This step also helps in saving resources as the product can be visualized on screen long before it is actually created. The drawings and designer concepts obtained at this stage are used by model makers in the next step.

Modeling

Each piece at our manufacturing centers starts off with a unique concept, a concept that leads to the creation of the final piece. The wax model makers transform a block of wax into the desired jewelry model, which is then embedded in a solidified mold. To make the final piece as good as the model, model makers ensure that the model is completely flawless in every detail. A base for the remaining process is set from here, and the prepared mold is then passed down to the casting team.

Casting

Casting is a complex process where wax replicas are placed in steel containers with other materials. The mold created with this process is then cast by pouring molten metal, which is then allowed to cool and reveal the real shape.

Assembling the Pieces

We believe in echoing the sentiments of our customers from a unique perspective so that the jewelry pieces hold meaning to them. Assembling is the step where all parts are connected together, links are soldered, locks are attached, and the length is checked to ensure it is correctly based on the order received. Once assembly is completed, the jewelry is ready for stone setting

Stone Setting

After assembling, the product has to undergo an embellishment process. The stone setters are confronted with the challenge of securing gemstones carefully, in the least invasive way. They set the stone with a minimum amount of necessary material along with ensuring that the links do not compromise the piece, providing maximum durability.

Polishing

At the final stage, the obtained piece is polished and goes through a series of quality check before reaching the customer. The polishers ensure that every piece radiates with brilliance and finesse.
